Refund and Returns Policy

At JCA Motorshop, our refund and returns policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include their original packaging with tags attached.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your order to a JCA Motorshop warehouse.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank to inquire about any processing delays. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] and send your item to: 425 R. Lontoc St., Palingon, Tipas, Taguig City.

To return your product, you should mail it to the same address: 425 R. Lontoc St., Palingon, Tipas, Taguig City. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a more expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
